Our task was to revitalize the brand's image, expose the soul of 18|8, inspire customers and team, and provide the tools for franchisees to communicate effectively as a unified brand. Strategically, 18/8 needed to become more inspirational to the customer. We refined the company's "Strategic Brand DNA" to tell a compelling, truthful and unique story. BXC developed a consistent visual experience for all 18/8 communications at all touchpoints. We created an army of well-groomed brand ambassadors, our customers and stylists.
